Ryan Cortright serves as pastor at Our Redeemer. He was born in California and lived in New Jersey, Wisconsin, Minnesota and most recently Modesto, CA, before coming to Madison. Ryan and his wife Sarah have five children: Oliver, Eva, Sojourn, Christian and Isabel. They are excited to be part of Our Redeemer!
Philip Moldenhauer serves as pastor at Our Redeemer. He was born in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, and grew up in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Phil, his wife Stephanie, and his sons Isaiah and Micah, love life in Madison! They especially enjoy Madison's excellent food scene and abundant outdoor recreation.
Director of Parish Music
Rachel serves as Director of Parish Music at Our Redeemer.
Rachel was born in Fort Atkinson, WI and attended elementary school at St. Paul’s Lutheran School. In 1992, she graduated from Lakeside Lutheran High School. Rachel has always known she wanted to be a teacher and she attended Dr. Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN. There she continued her music studies with organ lessons and remained active in choirs. She graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a minor in English. On July 27 of that same year she married her high school sweetheart Brad Fregien. Their two children attend Lakeside Lutheran High School and Our Redeemer Lutheran School.
Preparing and performing church music is a passion Rachel hopes to ignite in her students. Rachel also enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, cooking, and baking.
Sharyn has worked at Our Redeemer for many years and currently serves as Business Manager. She graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in English, and especially enjoys watching Kansas basketball (as well as Badgers football and the Brewers). Sharyn and her husband, Cliff, have a son and daughter-in-law who live in Sun Prairie.
Francine was born and raised in West Allis and is a former auditor for the IRS and owner/operator of D&W Tax Service. She is retired from University Housing at UW-Madison. Francine has been married to Bob since 1977 and they have two adult children. They are raising granddaughters, Anika and Gwenevieve. Francine most recently worked at Wisconsin Lutheran Chapel in an administrative financial capacity.
